    Oh sh&t! I messed something up and need to change my order. What do I do?
    Sh&t happens. We get it. As long as your item hasn’t shipped, we’ve got you. Call the store at 212-319-2770 and we’ll work something out. If it’s outside our store hours (11AM ET – 8PM ET on weekdays, 11AM ET – 7PM ET on Saturdays and 12PM ET – 6PM ET on Sundays), email us at store@jaykos.com so we can deal with it ASAP.
    What countries do you deliver to?
    Our customers are everywhere, so we ship everywhere. Unfortunately, certain exotic materials require additional customs fees and 1 week to 4 months clearance so shipping ostrich, stingray, lizard, snakeskin, croc/alligator overseas is not possible. If you can’t live without it, call us at 212-319-2770. We’ll see what we can do.
    WTF? I am having trouble placing an order online, do you take phone orders?
    Yup. Call us at 212-319-2770. If it’s outside our store hours (11AM ET – 8PM ET on weekdays, 11AM ET – 7PM ET on Saturdays and 12PM ET – 6PM ET on Sundays) email us so we can reserve your item and contact you when we get in.
    Why can’t I add something to my basket?

    ASAP is our goal, but give us 24 hours please.
    My order has been shipped, how do I check the tracking?
    We sent a tracking code to the email on the order. If you can’t find it, give us a call, 212-319-2770, or shoot us an email.
    Not feeling it, how do I make a return?
    What?! That sucks. We’ll accept returns within 7 days of delivery, so send it back right away. If the item was made to order, we cannot accept returns.
    I shipped something back to you. Do you have it yet?
    We will issue a refund to your card as soon as we receive your package. When we do, you’ll get an email alerting you to the refund.
    How long before I get a refund?
    Our goal is ASAP, but give us 2 business days upon delivery. Things can get crazy busy over here.
    I have a faulty item, what should I do?
    Then you probably didn’t order it here. Just kidding… kind of... We quality check all our products as they come in and again before they ship out to you. If there’s an issue, give us a call (212-319-2770) so we can talk it out and hear what’s going on. More of an email guy? Shoot us an email (store@jaykos.com) with a photo or two of the problem.
    My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?

    We’ve got you. Our site is totally secure and has a serious backend fraud check system, so not only are you safe to checkout, but we also do everything we can to make fraudsters lives a living hell.
