I have a question about placing an order, what should I do?
Please call us immediately at the store at 212-319-2770 and we will do our best to assist you with you or feel free to email us at mottstreet@jaykos.com so we can assist you as soon as possible. Our in-store hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 - 8:00, Saturday 11:00 - 7:00 and Sunday 12:00 - 6:00.
We have two locations in New York City. Our original location at 293 Mott Street, as well as our new pop-up at 400 Bleecker Street.
What countries do you deliver to?
We are extremely proud of the clientele of Jay Kos has developed over the years. Our customers are everywhere, which allows us to ship anywhere. Unfortunately, certain exotic materials require additional customs fees and can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 months for delivery depending on each country's clearance. Some materials like ostrich, stingray, lizard, snakeskin, crocodile & alligator just aren't possible for us to ship at this time. However, if you can’t live without one of our pieces, please call us at 212-319-2770 and we can try and come up with a viable solution for your request.

It is our goal to get back to you within 24 hours. If not sooner.
How do I make a return?
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Please send it back right away. Unfortunately, if the item was made to order, we cannot accept returns. For more information about our Return Policy, please click here.
How long does it take for my order to be refunded?
Please allow us 2 business days upon return delivery.
Is it safe to order online?
We take your online security and privacy very seriously. Our site encrypted with a secure socket layer (SSL) that protects your information and is Shopify certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. If you prefer a different payment method please do not hesitate to call us, 212-319-2770.
What shipping services do you use and how long will it take to receive my order?
For domestic orders we offer complimentary shipping through UPS Ground which has a delivery time of 3-5 days. If you would like your order sent overnight we offer that option as well as long as it is in stock and not a custom order. This price for overnight is based on your location.For international orders we use UPS International which can take between 10-14 business days depending on your country's customs clearance. If you would like your order sent overnight internationally, UPS Overnight is available and is priced based on your location.
